Refund and Return Policy

At Wild Yak Tailoring and Manufacturing, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted garments, accessories, home décor, jewelry, and souvenirs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full or partial refund. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or made-to-order garments
  • Opened or used bedding and cushion items
  • Earrings or personal jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Insert Email Address]
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

4. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
